BirdFood006

This photoshoot at ‘The Old Church’ was done by Bird Textile – the brainchild of designer Rachel Bending whose work focuses on pioneering sustainability in design.

Bird’s collection of exquisitely designed fabrics are at the core of the brand. Each season revolves around three new fabrics, designed at studios in Byron Bay and hand printed using water based dyes.

The owners of the church admire creativity and welcomed the opportunity for this photo shoot to take place in the lounge/dining room of ‘The Old Church’.
